Services

Quality Auto Tint provides professional automotive window tinting services, including but not limited to:

• Auto window tinting for cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans
• Ceramic and carbon window film installation
• UV protection film application
• Heat rejection film installation
• Privacy and security film application

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Ensure your vehicle is clean and free of debris on the windows

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service based on vehicle type, film selection, and any additional services requested. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on window tinting installation. Our warranty covers:

• Peeling, bubbling, or cracking of properly maintained film
• Discoloration or fading of the film
• Delamination of film layers

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, scratches, or abuse. Window tinting on vehicles with pre-existing window defects or aftermarket modifications may have limited warranty coverage.

California Window Tinting Laws

California has specific regulations regarding window tinting darkness levels. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Front side windows must allow more than 70% of light transmission
• Any darkness can be applied to rear side windows and the back window with side mirrors
• Windshield tinting is limited to the top 4 inches
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and state laws
• We will inform you of legal requirements, but final decisions rest with you

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Auto Tint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quality Auto Tint and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
