Worth Knowing Before You Book
None of this is required to reserve a slot — you can decide everything at the shop. It is here because most people would rather arrive already knowing.
Know roughly what it costs
Carbon starts at $150 for two front windows and $350 for a full car. Ceramic is $450 full car, IR ceramic $700. Prices are starting prices and vary with vehicle complexity and film; full-vehicle pricing does not include the windshield.

California is strict on front side windows and permissive behind them. It is worth knowing that before you choose a shade, so the quote matches what you can actually keep on the car.
California tint law →Know which film suits the car
If the vehicle lives outdoors in valley heat, ceramic earns its premium. If it garages and you mainly want the look, carbon blocks the same 99% of UV for less. We will say so.

How long will my car be at the shop?
About 1-2 hours for most vehicles, cars and larger trucks and SUVs alike. Adding a windshield extends it. This is a while-you-wait appointment: you stay in the Tint Lounge and drive away tinted the same visit. If you would rather leave the vehicle and collect it later, that works too — mention it when you book.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No. Booking reserves the time; payment happens at the shop once the work is done and you have looked it over. If your vehicle turns out to be more complex than expected, we tell you before we start rather than after.
When can I roll the windows down?
On a standard installation, leave them up for about 3 days. If that does not work for you, same-day roll-down is a $75 add-on and is included with the QT Protection Package. Full cure continues for 2-4 weeks regardless, and does not restrict how you use the vehicle.
What if I do not know which film I want?
Book anyway. Deciding between carbon, ceramic and IR ceramic is easier with the vehicle in front of us and the films to hand, and it takes a few minutes at the start of the appointment. Nothing is locked in when you book.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Call (916) 282-2577 and we will move it. We would much rather reschedule than have you rush.
Do you tint on weekends?
No — the shop is open 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends are closed. Because most appointments run about 1-2 hours, an early slot usually fits around a work day without needing to take the whole day off.
