Andrey founded Quality Window Tinting in 2005 with a single rule: every vehicle that leaves the shop should be a vehicle he would be proud to put his own name on. Twenty years later, that rule has not changed.
Unlike larger shops that hire technicians and rotate crews, Andrey personally installs every vehicle. He does the prep, the cut, the squeegee work and the final inspection himself, and because we book one car at a time you can sit and watch it happen. That single-point accountability is rare — and it is the reason our reputation has been built one vehicle at a time, without a marketing budget or sales pressure.

Every tint shop lists certifications. Fewer explain what they change about the job, which is the only reason they should matter to you.
Manufacturer certification keeps the warranty real
Avery Dennison warrants Encore film for the lifetime of the original owner of the vehicle, and that warranty is contingent on the film being stored and applied properly. Certification is how the manufacturer establishes that. A shop working outside that framework can still sell you the film; what it cannot do is give you a warranty the manufacturer will honour. Worth knowing: Avery Dennison's film warranty is not transferable — it ends when you sell the car.
One installer means the person who quotes you does the work
Andrey is the owner and the sole installer. There is no scheduling around who is on shift, no variance between a senior and a junior technician, and nobody to hand a difficult vehicle to. It is also the honest constraint on this business: capacity is one person, so busy weeks book out rather than being absorbed by extra staff.
Twenty years is mostly about the vehicles that go wrong
Straightforward sedans are straightforward for anyone. Experience shows up on steeply curved rear glass, frameless doors, defroster lines that punish a careless blade, factory glass already tinted at the factory, and the camera and sensor housings crowding modern windshields. Since 2005 the vast majority of what arrives here has arrived before in some form.
